Georgetown Certificate Programs

Registration for Fall 2023 courses opens January 1
Several Certificate programs are offered by the GUCCHD in collaboration with the GU School of Continuing Studies. Specifically designed for service providers, our programs are taught by subject matter experts from the GUCCHD and are offered in a variety of online and hybrid formats.

Online Learning Modules

Our online learning modules are a self-serve resource for early childhood intervention professionals. They include the program Contemporary Practices in Early Intervention for Children Birth through Five and several foundational courses.

Georgetown University Undergraduate Courses

We are proud to partner with a variety of programs through the College of Arts and Science to offer a group of diverse courses, that explore contemporary issues in serving children with disabilities, mental health concerns, and other vulnerabilities. Specific partnering programs include Psychology; Education, Inquiry, and Justice; and Disability Studies.

Fulbright Research Lectureship in Education

This Fulbright-NIAF-Georgetown University program supports an Italian elementary/middle school teacher or university lecturer/researcher

GUCCHD Scholars

Scholars from across the US and Internationally study and/or collaborate with faculty on a wide range of research, service, and practice projects.
