The Georgetown University Early Childhood Intervention Professional Development Center provides training resources to support service providers, administrators, and policy makers in early childhood intervention. We are a component of the Georgetown University Center for Child and Human Development (GUCCHD).
Through training and professional development, the Early Childhood Intervention Professional Development Center enriches the knowledge and skills of those who serve the needs of infants, toddlers, and young children with developmental delay, disability, behavioral or other social-emotional concerns.
Our Certificate in Early Intervention prepares you to be an evidence-based service provider and leader.
Resources on learningei.org include service guidelines, fact sheets, poster presentations, and family activity information.
We provide technical assistance around the world and host early childhood professionals from abroad to study with us.
Scholars from the US and internationally partner with faculty from the GUCCHD for research, training, and service provision.
The Research Lectureship in Education supports an Italian teacher or university lecturer/researcher for a research lectureship at Georgetown University.
The diversity fellowship program supports the recruitment and retention of diverse trainees and builds cultural and linguistic competence.
Scholars from across the US and Internationally study and/or collaborate with faculty on a wide range of research, service, and practice projects.
